Laminated Parquet

Laminated parquet is a type of parquet that is usually produced in two or three layers. A low value wood or plywood is usually used for the lower layers. In the upper layer, the tree itself is located.

A much higher production technology is used in the production of laminated parquet compared to solid parquet. The word “laminated” in laminated parquet means bonding and refers to a material made up of layers that adhere to each other. The top layer thickness in standard laminated flooring is around 3-6 mm. When choosing laminate flooring, attention should be paid to the thickness of the tree in the upper layer. Polished, painted, aged etc. options are available.

Another point to be considered in the selection of laminate flooring is that whether it is a single piece (plank) or three piece (3-strip), when the pieces are joined side by side, there is no level difference between them and the pieces are tightly clamped to each other. Otherwise, in the slightest wetness, water particles will infiltrate between the wood and cause the parquet to swell and thus deteriorate.

Areas of Usage

You can use laminate flooring in every room of your home. In addition, parquet is a very useful and natural flooring material in workplaces and offices.
